I had been there and the women there wears either black pants (office wear) or they wear jeans paired with a nice top!
It's a casual atmosphere there, and don't wear anything too tight cause the portions there are preety huge!

Smart Casual means do not show up in jeans and a t-shirt. I would wear some dress pants and a nice shirt with some flats.Dinner reservations said smart casual...?
