Is this organization qualified to be criticizing Michelle Obama's anti-obesity work?

Over the past several months, there's been a small chorus of conservative voices criticizing Michelle Obama for her efforts to persuade American children to eat a more nutritious diet, mostly to combat the national epidemic of childhood obesity.

One of the organizations that has spearheaded the campaign against Mrs. Obama's nutrition efforts is known as the Center for Consumer Freedom, or CCF.

Do you think the CCF is well qualified to say what the First Lady should or shouldn't be saying about childhood obesity and childhood nutrition?

The group Sourcewatch has looked into the CCF's ties to the meat industry, the soft drinks industry, the alcoholic beverages industry and the tobacco industry, and here are some of the industry officials that Sourcewatch has identified as serving on the CCF advisory board:

Dave Albright - National Steak %26amp; Poultry

Jane Innes - Perkins Family Restaurants, L.P.

Steve Bartlett - Meridian Products Corporation

Robert Basham - Outback Steakhouse, Inc.

John F. Berglund - Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association

Lou Chatey - Sebastiani Vineyards

H.A. "Andy" Divine - University of Denver

Timothy J. Doke - Brinker International, Inc.

Richard Fisher - Tetley USA, Inc.

William L. Hyde, Jr. - Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

James Spector - Philip Morris, USA

Michael Middleton - Cargill Processed Meat Products

Daniel J. Popeo - Washington Legal Foundation

Richard G. Scalise - Armour Swift-Eckrich

Daniel Timm - the Bruss Company

Carl Vogt, Fulbright %26amp; Jaworski

Richard Walsh - Darden Restaurants, Inc.

Terry Wheatley - Sutter Home Winery

Again according to Sourcewatch,

" Contributors to CCF have included the Coca-Cola Company, Cargill, Inc., Monsanto, Tyson Foods, Outback Steakhouse, Wendy's, Brinker International and Dean Foods. "

She so fat and Limbaugh is finally starting to get at the real problems in this country by criticizing her fashion sense. Yea girlfriend.
The fact is, what I feed my child is none of Michelle Obama's business. She wasn't elected to any position. Is this organization qualified to be criticizing Michelle Obama's anti-obesity work?
he White House Bathroom scale has a right to question her.
These KKKoch-based astro-turf groups are so crude, and have been so well outed by good media exposes, that they'r counter-productive in advancing their bosses' agendas.

In reality, they'r a relic of a by-gone era, but the plutocrats, caught up in their reactionary delusions, dont want to see that.

He11 NO! Ain't that a b*tch! Those GOPer hypocrites are truly amazing pffft! In their dumb minds, they think that First Lady Michelle Obama is making THEM (the fat @ss so-called 'adults') do something like give up all those Oreos, Big Macs, Twinkies, etc followed by 'DIET' Coke, ... that they shove down their fat pie holes EVERY day! And she's NOT! It's disgusting how many OBESE, UN-caring 'parents' there are out there. They cost the country billions and billions of dollars in medical costs! And they got the nerve to talk about smokers. Saw some of a new show tonight called 'Shedding for the wedding', and most of the brides to be looked bigger than the grooms to be! Bigger than the men! And that's what people look like all over the country! They've allowed their weight to get totally out of control. Now that's a real REALITY show!
She shouldn't be telling ANYBODY what to eat. If I want to have a Big Mac for breakfast lunch AND dinner, it's none of her damn business!!
