I'm 99% sure the martini list said it contained Malibu Coconut, Frangelico and vanilla ice cream. The rim of the glass was covered in sugar. Any idea on how much of each to mix together and/or if there's anything else in it?I was at Ruth's Chris in Virginia Beach, Virginia and ordered a "German Chocolate Cake Martini"...?

- 2 oz dark chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz Malibu rum
- 1 oz caramel
- splash of Frangelico
- 1 part chocolate syrup
- 3 parts heavy cream
Garnish: toasted coconut
I love Virginia Beach.
