Shoestring Fries @ Ruth's Chris?

OK so I ate at Ruth's Chris the other day and ordered their shoestring fries - it was soo good because it's nice and crispy and skinny , like the size of angel hair pasta. Do you guys know where I can get those elsewhere? Costco? I know regular markets like Albertons or Ralphs, etc. don't have those things. Thanks!! I love crispy foods that's why! :)Shoestring Fries @ Ruth's Chris?
Sorry, you can't "get those" although you CAN "make those." You need a mandoline, a (generally French, German or Japanese) cutting machine. The match-stick sized potatoes are then pre-fried, and then finally-fried. It is not hard, but if you think that edible food comes from Costco, probably more work than you are willing to invest.
