What steak/seafood restaurant in the Silver Spring/Bethesda area of Maryland would you recommend for a romantic birthday dinner for two? We are considering Ruth's Chris, but have not yet been to the Bethesda location...are there any other places that you would consider "out of this world" or 5 star worthy?? There's Ray's The Classics at 8606 Colesville Rd Silver Spring, MD 20910-3915 - (301) 588-7297. We've enjoyed it, but like his other restaurants, there is a love/hate relationship among others.
