I know its a weird thing that I actually enjoy eating them, but I do! I was at Ruths Chris a few weeks ago, and I ordered it. My grandma makes them for me on a weekly basis. She boils them and adds salt. Not too much more. Today she tried, but failed. They did it completely differently at Ruths Chris. They are sliced in half and pan fry it I believe. Also they add bacon and enough butter to stop a kids heart!
Does anyone know the actual recipe they use? Or has anyone gone and know what I am talking about and know how to make it a similar way?

its just browned in a pan with a little bacon grease, sat %26amp; pepper.
