What is a good "child" friendly upscale restaurant in Atlanta?

It's my husband's birthday and I would like to take him out to dinner along with our 17 month old son. Looking for something along the lines of a Stoney River or Ruth Chris that is child friendly. What is a good "child" friendly upscale restaurant in Atlanta?
I have a compromise for you that doesn't involve getting a sitter. Try the Melting Pot in Kennesaw off of Barrett Parkway. I can only speak for this location only because I have not dined at the other ones. When you make your reservation, let them know that you have a child with you. The food is delicious even though it is fondue, but Melting Pot gives it a little pretension. The wait staff is very good, and they have lots of tables that are secluded to keep it an intimate evening. What is a good "child" friendly upscale restaurant in Atlanta?
Upscale %26amp; child friendly are not compatible terms when speaking about restaurants. Your child may behave but the chances are he will get bored %26amp; start to squirm.

Either that or he will want to "visit" with other patrons.

Be respectful to the restaurant %26amp; other patrons, leave the baby home with a sitter.

Either that or choose something a little less upscale, Like Outback or Red Lobster.

Have a grown up evening for his birthday, so he can enjoy an evening with his wife, rather than his babies momma.

Hope it works out. What is a good "child" friendly upscale restaurant in Atlanta?
