its a steakhouse and its sooper expensive. there is one in memphis where i live and i think my friends parents own it but im not sure.Who owns ruth's chris?

I cannot tell you who owns the Memphis location, but it is a franchise that has many different owners depending on the restaurant. Most locations are owned by a company that probably owns a several other places. There is no one single owner or operater of the entire company.
