I'm about to start serving there and I wanted to know what it was like. Pay? Hours? Etc.

I was a bartender there for a few months when a new one opened up here.
Pay is just like every restaurant $2.13 an hour plus tips. Most of them are only open nights and maybe sunday brunch, but all locations are different.
If your gonna be a server there your tip out is 6% to your SA (server assitant) busser and maybe the runners, i'm not sure...
The thing I hated most was they paid you your credit card tips on your pay check. I didn't like working their at all, but you may.
