I would have to say the first two. I'm not sure about the price though. If you want a good filet mignon, ~$50 sounds about right, unless you want to go to Saltgrass or Outback.

Well, S%26amp;W is a little pricey and I didn't think they had a very good/wide selection. Ruth's would probably be the best if you want to stick to this list however, there are some other great places too...

I prefer Brazilian style steakhouses. They have a set price and it is usually over 50 but it's all you can eat. I prefer Nelore because it is located in between my job and my house:

Ruth's Chris. Hands down. Easily the best of the three.
I'd recommend Brenner's or Perry's. I haven't tried the three you mentioned specifically because of the $$$.
